Connecting Google

Public Google verification is still in progress. A development or beta connection can show an unverified-app notice. The public launch will use Lumen’s verified Google client. If sign-in stops working, reconnect from Settings → Accounts.

Plans and gift codes

Use Settings → Plan to check sends, redeem a complimentary code, or manage an enabled subscription. Public payments are not open yet.

Before you send a support request

Include your macOS version, Lumen version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send OAuth tokens, API keys, passwords, or private email content.

Disconnecting Lumen

Remove your account in Settings → Accounts. To revoke Google access, visit Google account connections. Paid subscriptions, when enabled, are managed separately in Settings → Plan.
